PRIVACY NOTICE · EFFECTIVE AUGUST 9, 2026
Minimal data.
Clear purpose.
MarginChef is a service of Eat Moore LLC. This notice explains how the public website and the enterprise margin thesis inquiry process handle personal information.
What the website collects
The public MarginChef website is static and does not operate a first-party lead database or accept file uploads. Its opportunity calculator runs in the visitor's browser. Standard hosting and security logs may include IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamp, and diagnostic information.
What the inquiry process collects
The contact link opens the visitor's email application and pre-fills a short qualification template. The visitor's email provider and Google Workspace process the message under their own terms. MarginChef receives direct service communications through onboard@getmarginchef.com and may use Google Calendar and Google Meet to schedule the requested session.
How information is used
- Schedule, prepare for, and conduct the requested meeting.
- Assess fit for a MarginChef pilot and respond to the inquiry.
- Maintain business records, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
- Meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations.
MarginChef does not sell personal information. Inquiry information is not used to train a public AI model.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website, calendar, email, security, and professional services. It is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, an active business relationship, dispute prevention, or legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing onboard@getmarginchef.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary to protect legitimate business interests.
Security and updates
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This notice may be updated as the service or vendor stack changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
